I love rainy days when they come because it means I get to relax and stay inside. Put on some really comfy clothes (like pjs pr sweats) and socks, after you take a long hot bath. Then make your couch or bed really comfortable (lots of pillows) and dim the lights and/or light candles, and have the phone nearby to call friends and just realx and talk, put on a movie/movies, or read magazines or a book. Just imagine how you feel when you're really stressed out and busy and tired and then completely forget about those feelings by sinking into your pillows and relax! A boring rainy day is a completely good reason to take the time to rest.
Of this bores you for some reason, or it's just not doing it for you, head to the gym and excercise (excercise is known to boost sad moods).
Have fun!

What a great day to curl up with a good book, movie or nap. Living in the desert we LOVE rainy days. Enjoy and the sun will be shining soon.

Rainy day, Rainy day ... just kick back, and let it groove in it's own way.

Let it rain, Let it rain ... Let your love rain down on me.

I never liked the rain, until I walked in it with you.

Don't be sad. If not for rain, there would be no rainbows.
So smile!

I don't know what time it is where you are, but maybe you can call up some friends and go to a movie, the mall, pizza, bowling, etc. Or rent a movie and invite friends over this evening, if you have to work right now.

Bake some bread. That frozen bread at the supermarket is pretty good, Bridgeford. Put real butter on it.
