Hmmm... this must be a correction to your previous question.

Well, still, you must've over-used Mary Palm and her five sisters! Com'on... slow down a bit.

Or are you trying to suggest you've been wandering while you're asleep? Sleepwalking yet? Do you live alone in your house? You didn't say you notice your feet dirty when you wake up in the morning so you can't be sleepwalking.

But then again, it could be because of some nightmarous dream that you fail to remember the next morning. Sometimes, nightmarous dreams could cause you to breathe faster or even sweat seriously, which could be exhaustive.

Hmmm... but I have to ask, is Mary Palm blistered yet? ^__^

Make sure you get at least 7-8 hours a night of sleep and eat a good breakfast in the morning. When I don't eat breakfast I feel like crap all morning.

Make sure that you have everything that you will need for the next day prepared in advance and go to bed a bit earlier than usual. You might be one of those people who need the eight hours of sleep to feel rested enough in the morning.

Sounds like you need to get to bed earlier. The whole 8 hours thing is a generalization, some people need as much as 10. Try to rearrange your schedule so that you can get to bed earlier, or sleep in later.
