I don't understand why we have the UN. i mean they don't do anything exapt talking trash. they can't stop Iran from making a bomb. israel broke the cease fire and nothing happened to them. i just don't get why we have UN.

The UN is a leftist organization, it promotes socialism and in some cases, commUNism. Any one remember what the UN did to Rhodesia? It was a pro-western anti-communist country in Africa.
Once the UN was done, Rhodesia ceased to exist.... it is now known as Zimbabwe, in the 1980s it was backed by communists. This happened because of the UN and a stab in the back from President Lyndon Johnson's administration.
A strange scenario, since the US was fighting communists in Vietnam during Johnson,s Admin.
If a nation is anti-communist, the UN is not a friend to that nation.

Nothing. They sit around and think of ways to harm us, mostly. That's what the Kyoto Treaty is: just a way to bring our economic engine down to the level of Biafra's or of France's. We lead the world and we feed the world. No one else comes close and they are angry and envious of us for it.
