I can't remember what I thought life would be like. I don't think about what it will be like now. I guess I never really was one to live in anything but the present...

I doubt it. You are not the same person now that you were. Once you were a child, anticipating life. Now you are experiencing life and as you become more experienced you have the ability to weigh out consequences. You have more options to choose from, and when you weigh them out you might find that some of what your child self wanted for your adult self did not trump against the desires of who you are right now. Live for the moment every once in a while, and don't be afraid to be a big kid.

Life almost never turns out like you imagined it would, but it can turn out wonderful, just different. Life is what you make of it.

we are just products in a mill like every other living thing
i dont think a cow would have a baby if it knew of veil
a tree would grow if it knew there was a price on its head
i dont think we would live if we knew why we were living here

No.
And it would be sad if they did; the dreams of a child are not mature enough to sustain adult life.

not for most, unless you think very realistically and "grow up" real quick....it didn't for me and i wasted a lot of years just going with the flow

kids don't have realistic expectations, that's part of being a child. but that doesn't mean that they are wrong in doing so...
