Illegal? Depends on your local laws. Also depends on the visibility of the interior of your home from off your property (assuming that you have a stand-alone residence). I suspect that you could be charged with indecent exposure or being a nuisance. There is also the question of legal minors in the house. You could run the risk of contributing to the delinquency of a minor unless you could show that the family were practicing natrusits.
Unethical? If you were doing this to provoke someone, it might be considered so. There could also be a question if there are legal minors in the home. Although this point could be moot if you are a practicing naturist and could prove the point.

What you do in your own home is not illegal. You can not be arrested for walking around your livingroom nude. You're not responsible for a neighbor peeping in on you.
However, I agree that it would be unethical. If your old man is doing this just to piss the neighbors off, I'd say that you should teach him a lesson in humility. Take a video of him and threaten to sue for corrupting a minor (you).

No- as long as you aren't doing anything intentionally illegal or unethical. Now if you are purposely hanging in front of the window or participating in lewd and lacivious behavior that is visible to someone, they can call the police, because if your house is within their eyesight, they have certain rights not to see it.

In certain parts of California it is illegal to smoke a cigerette outdoors on your own property if you are in a place where the public will be affected.. So I don't see why we shouldn't make nudity in your own home where the public is affected illegal.

Yep believe it or not this can fall into the public indecency area if people can see into your home easily. You might want to check your state and local laws. Some curtains could keep you nude and law abidding.

If someone can see you it is illegal. It gets downright hot where I live and my apartments aren't always prompt with the AC so there are days where my windows are open and I'm sitting around in my underwear but unless you come put your face up to the screen you can't see anything going on inside.

No on illegal. Unethical? There are African tribesman who think the only to prevent incest is to kidnap and rape women from neighboring villages. They find the most vile human actions ethical, so it's all about how you feel.

if what you say is true that you just enjoy being nude then i suggest getting some sheer curtains that let in the light but let out only a blurred silhouette --just in case small children might walk by
just some quick advice

I do not think it would be illegal because you are inside the house but it defintiely would be an unethical behavior.
