Ric Flair, simply because he is one of the few that can actually wrestle and entertain the fans all at the same time. Same with HBK he can also wrestle and entertain the fans. Those are the only two guys that I can think of that can captivate an audience. One past one present.
Kurt Angle, one of the best wrestler in the WWE. Unlike many current stars he can ACTUALLY WRESTLE.
Those who say Hogan & Cena…Get serious. Hogan CANNOT wrestle. You call a big boot & a leg drop a finishing move? Somebody tell me how the hell did he beat Orton??? lol Cena CANNOT wrestle. Don’t get me started on that thug.

Shawn Michaels is the greatest of all time. Shawn really knew how to captivate the audience in the ring and outside the ring. He is undoubtedly the most athletic and entertaining wrestler that I have ever seen. If I had to pick one wrestler as the best wrestler in WWE history, possibly wrestling history, I would have to say that it is Shawn Michaels.
Shawn Michaels was the most complete wrestler that I have ever seen in the history of wrestling. He had a tremendous workrate, he bumped magnificently, his promos were great (especially his heel promos), he understood what psychology was all about and he was probably the most charismatic wrestler of all time

I wasn't that big a fan of his early in his career, but Shawn Michaels. Bret Hart is my fav and 2nd best. HBK just knew what it took to be a great. He had charisma, mic skills, and the athleticism and ring skills to match up with anyone. Just the fact that a guy his size could attain the level he did says it all. His matches were great. He wasn't Stone Cold/Hogan, and to a lesser degree The Rock. He could actually wrestle and wasn't just a personality. It's like Michael Jordan. I wasn't a fan of his, but he was the greatest. ANYONE after the merger doesn't count. How the hell can you allow Eddie Guerrero, Bradshaw and Rey Mysterio become a champ? It discraces people like The Hitman, HBK, The Undertaker, Diesel, Psycho Sid and HHH to let these mid-carders wear the championship belt.

Gotta go with Undertaker...man had a unique gimmick, he's made it work all these years, and a damn fine performer to boot...respected in the locker room and by the fans, and he's earned all of it...
Honorable mention to HBK, HHH, The Rock, Stone Cold, Bret Hart, Ric Flair, Randy "Macho Man" Savage, Hulk Hogan (overrated and tired, yes, but without him, the business wouldn't be what it is today...for that alone, he's gotta get some credit), and perhaps the granddaddy of them all (at least for WWE/WWF) Bruno Sammartino
