I didn't know they couldn't, I thought I was loved and I'm chunky. Perhaps I should reevaluate my relationships, maybe there not as good as I thought they were.

More seriously, Chunky people are expected to be jolly, that's not the case, especially when they have a poor self image because of their weight. A poor self image makes someone harder to love than the few extra pounds they carry.

I'm thinking of a very beautiful girl who is definitely over weight but she is a very positive, self assured and cheerful individual. Her personality far outweighs her weight problem (pardon the pun). The problem being men are visually motivated and stupid enough that they often wont take time to really 'see' someone for who they are rather than what they look like. Why if I were younger and not married, and I took the time to get to know this girl I'm speaking of, I might have a mind to pursue her. She is a very happy girl in spite of her weight and her personality definitely shines through.

It is important to be physically fit, but that doesn't mean skinny like our culture tells us, look at some old movies, the actresses weren't skinny like today's anorexic actresses that is they had some meat on their bones and they were beautiful. Now that doesn't mean sloppy fat, but soft and somewhat rounded.

Like I said, skinny isn't always sexy, and lets face it that is what first trips a guys trigger, but happy, funloving and self assured are the traits that make it in the long haul. Some lucky guys learn this before they get old and they'll get the best prize.

I dont believe any size of a person cant be loved there alot of people out there in the best relationships and bein loved and treated the best even as a larger person and I have seen the skiniest bein treated so badley, if you are a small person then you really havent given anyone a chance by them and the person they are inside and if you are a larger one then you just havent found the right one yet and you will, I am not large and I have been in some really bad relationships and have friends who are and are in one I wish in only my dreams that it could be like,

I assume you mean fat? Though weight does not affect your quality as a a person, your intellect sense of humor,etc.It does take away from you "sex appeal" ( in most cases). It does not mean they can't be loved , it does, however decrease the numbers of potential mates.

I don't think that there is anyone, and I mean anyone that can not be loved. If they are short, tall,fat,skinny,bald or hairy, it should not matter. Anyone can be loved.

they are. it's only harder because of the way media portrays the perfect body. look at all those celebrities. you wonder why people like thinner bodies...it's because we are influenced to like that kind of frame.
