Actually I think that the ant's sperm is bigger and longer but much fewer than human.

Creatures do have different sized and amount of sperm in the ejaculate. All are adapted to the type of barrier system in the female and competition between the males.

don't know the answer, but it is certain that the eggs of different species certainly are not the same size. the egg of an ant, for example is vastly larger than the egg of the human
