Phone cards to Serbia & Montenegro from 4.5¢/min when calling from USA - Continental. That's a great deal.

Find more information here: http://speedypin.com/phone/cards?originationcountry=USA+-+Continental&destinationcountry=Serbia+%26+Montenegro&x=20&y=4

Where do you live? You will get a better answer if people know the country you are calling from..

For England , I recommend these for for Serbia..

My favourite is IDT - 'The Eastern Europe Calling Card' (It has red square on the front.

Others that are good are..
Vectone 'Eastern Europe'
Lycatel - 'Eurocall'

All these cards have just over 1hour calling time on a £5 card, no connection fee... To call a mobile you have about 45 minutes...

Some general tips are..

1)Whilst all cards have a set price of £5 you never pay that much..Shops always sell them for LESS..
In London for example, I pay £3.50, in Camden, the same in Stretham, £2.50 in Leytonstone (but the cards are poor quality) and £4.50 in Golders Green (Don't buy cards there!!!) per card.. In Birmingham it is £3
Also if you buy more than one at a time you get a special deal ie 3 for £10...

2)Always buy good brands of card..They might be some that are cheaper or offer more minutes, but these often don't work..and you have no comeback..so you have wasted your money!!
Also check that they have a freephone customer service number like IDT does...that means that it is a reputable company and you can complain if the card is faulty

3)Never use the card from a public payphone ..You get less minutes for your time. Always use the local access number. It is best value.

4)It is easy to buy phone cards in all cities (in most Western countries anyway)
Buy them from news agents or convenience stores, or phone booths etc especially those where theere is a high immigrant population.
They often display a menu of cards in the window. It is best to buy your card to Serbia, from a shop where many Eastern Europeans frequent..If you buy for example a card in a shop that caters mainly to Africans..you can only find cards for Africa..which are not very good value to Serbia..

5)If you can't find a card for Eastern Europe just get a general (to all areas) card from a big company

6)Check that your card does not have a connection fee or a usage fee. They are a rip off!

Hello dear!
Where are you? It matters!
In most countries, there are prepaid cards!
Also, you can connect to some telephone over internet providers, who can offer you really low price telephony!

I would recommend "Penny Boss" card from StartDialing.com.

You will get a low 5.9 cents/minute rate.

You can receive your PIN and call instantly.
