I suggest making an appointment with your family physician re: your fatigue.

Cut out the pop, get 8 hours of sleep, and make smoothies with fruit, juice and plain yogurt in the morning to help boost your energy level.

Good luck!

i suggest u go to sleep early , get at least 7 hours rest, then wake up early to do a little stretching. drink a glass of orange juice and have some toast. when u take ur mornins shower, try using the cold shower -it really zaps all ur tiredness away.

But most important, make ur morning routine fun(put ur favourite CD on) and unhurried - then u r set to face the day! :)

Depends on your age too. People in their teens need 10-12 hours of sleep. It even varies person to person. Try more sleep and cut back on pop. Empty calories there.

Go to bed early. No caffeine (your pop) before bedtime. First thing in the morning have a nutritious/high energy breakfast. Stay fit by exercising daily to keep the energy going with you all day.

Push your time for going to bed back and get 8 hours of sleep.

If you're still tired, see your doctor, there are heart, diabetes, sleep apnea and liver problems that could be causing this fatigue.

Try eating an apple in the morning and cut down on the sodas. all they are is just sugar and you will crash when it wears off.the apple will give you a good wake up call and you can follow up with peanut butter toast

ur probly strugglin from exhaustion, which is much deeper than jus bein tired. next time you get a couple days off, really use ur time wisely. do somethin kind of selfish, jus to give urself somethin and give urself a mini vacation. it will help you rejuvinate to make it thru the next few months.
