If theft from passengers baggage at Heathrow has gone up by over 300% doesn't this render all the precationary searches of passengers useless? Stands to reason if the criminals stealing from baggage can take things from baggage they can put them in.

You're right, of course. A lot of major airports have this problem 'behind the scenes', yet it should be easy to keep a lid on with technology nowadays.
The searching of passengers still needs to go on as normally, carry-on luggage is not scrutinized that closely and once there has been an alert, the public need visible reassurances that everything possible is being done for their protection.

Yikes..I didn't realize that the theft rate was so high, and you are right about the theory that if someone could take something out, then they could also put something in. However, I still wouldn't want to get on an airplane without the strict measures of search and seizure being done.

Erectile Dysfunction can be devastating to men, and unfortunately, millions of men suffer from the condition. Learn how to cure erectile dysfunction https://tr.im/GsAeH

If you go to the doctor to talk about the issue, you’re likely to get put on one or more of the popular medications used to treat the condition. While they can be effective (temporarily), these medications come with a raft of side effects, some of which are decidedly unpleasant. Even worse, these medications aren’t really a cure, they’re more like a temporary workaround.

Worst of all, they tend to be really expensive. Month after month, you’re having to pay to work around your condition. That’s what the Big Pharmaceutical companies want.

Air Port security is good.No hundred percent security possible. There will be some loopholes always.Since terrorist groups find new methods of attack it is a difficult task.Strenghtening of intelligence system has to be matching. If you want air safety you have to put up with search etc.Banning of luggage in passenger planes may be solution to enhance security.People may be educated to travel with no luggage or minimum luggage,

It is totally pathetic that these people, who allowed the terrorists to carry out their evil plans in the first place, want to scrutinize ordinary citizens and force them to become victims of their own corruption and impotence. I find it hard to believe that the 80 year old lady with the nail file and water bottle is a danger to me. Yet these idiots who strap us down with the "No Racial Profiling" BS don't mind that millions of black people get scrutinized everyday because they are black. This is ridiculous nonsense! Hey! We know who wants to hurt us so let's cut through all the BS and "GET R DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
I don't even want to fly anymore because of the way they treat people. We all need to stop traveling for awhile until they get the message that they really need to get it right!

It must be good they manage to hold me up long enough ever time I fly. And they ask all those useful questions like "Are you carrying any illegal drugs?" Can't think of anything more they could do...People just have to be more truthful, that's the problem. If you are carrying a bomb you should at least have the decency to declare it first.

I have no idea, but if you stop flying these air company's would go bust. Ask yourself which airlines are people being robbed and avoid them. Why fly anyway? This does loads of damage to the environment. Why not go by ship?
