That depends on what species of butterfly and what species of cockroach.

Do you understand that there are thousands of species of both animals?

The smallest cockroach species are less than an inch long at maturity, the largest are larger than a mouse.

The smallest moths have a wingspan less than an inch. The largest have a wingspan of about 8 inches.

Needless to say with such massive size variation the eggs vary in size just as much. The eggs of the largest cockroaches are much bigger than the eggs of the smallest moths. The eggs of the smallest cockroaches are smaller than the eggs of the largest moths.
