I work in a nursing home and I swear its haunted some nights i just starting crying cuz im so scared/........how do i know if it is or not??

Face up to them fears. They're just shadows out to give you high blood pressure.

Haunting is mostly the imagination playing tricks. But you may see manifestations. Manifestations can be recognized as odors, sudden changes in room temperature, unusual sounds and when hair on your nape begin to stand. Try taking pictures inside your room. They may appear as steaks of light or faint translucent figures. Spirits may choose to linger a bit longer on earth but they are never here to hurt people. So there is nothing to be afraid off. Sometimes they even help.

If you have a good ability to sense things, and your spirit senses something very wrong, If you see strange things, dont always assume your mind is playing tricks on you (though it can sometimes) And actually, i wouldnt be surprised if it is . Come on, a nursing home? Plenty of old ppl die there im sure. But relax, i'm sure nothing is out there to get you.

You cant tell by just looking at it if something unusual happens that like never happens then most likely its haunted or unless you see ghosts like in the corners of your eyes cuz thats how i know my house is haunted

You say that you work in a nursing home, so that means that you are far too old to believe in ghosts, haunted houses, Santa Claus, and the tooth fairy! Fears are real, ONLY if you allow them to be! If a NON-EXISTENT MYTH causes you to cry, you are in dire need of psychological help!! Grow up, for sh*t's sake!!

Haunted, I doubt it. Evil spirits are certainly a possibility. I pray you do live for Christ. That way you can plead the blood of Jesus over these spirits and they'll have to go.

Get a cat or dog. Animals are more in tuned and can pick up on these things.

ask your co workers. they may be going through the same and are afraid to ask.
they could be your guardian angels. next time say hello and tell them you are glad that they are there looking after you.
