Nail polish will dissolve it and take it off... put on some cheap clear stuff thickly, and wipe it off. Also bug spray will take it off. (I have ruined many a mani/pedi during the summer this way.) Rubbing alcohol will not work. I am sure you do not have any Acetone lying about, but that is what most nail polish removers are made with and that would work. I'm sure you can find some npr somewhere though... any little store should have it. Convenience stores usually have it too!

Acetone or xylene, but they are both very harsh chemicals and really shouldn't be used. If you're in a pickle you could use clear nail polish, a thick thick coat, and while it's still wet use a paper towel to wipe off what you can.

Washing dishes chips mine right off... Just acetone and non-acetone nail polish removers, as far as I know.

Ive heard WD-40 and hairspray, but Ive never tried them. THe most effective is putting on another coat of nailpolish and then while its still wet, put it under water and scrub at it. It works.

The formic acid found in aardvarks, which they naturally get from eatting ants: now all you have to do if get yourself an aardvark, or just smash a million or so ants, then soak your fingers in the goo.

more nail polish,
if you paint it on and wipe it off before it dries it usually takes off the layer before it as well.
