Right when the weekend hits and during spring break, winter break, holidays, etc, my face seems to clears up. The summer is the best because I have clear, amazing skin. I don't get it, I don't think I'm more stressed out than other teens. What can be the problem and how can I fix it? Thanks!!

I get some on my forehead. I have side bangs & sometimes I use my hands to sweep it out of my face. Even when I didn't have bangs, I still had the same problem. I don't touch my face and I don't let people touch it either. School is around the corner and I have a pimple on my face... I'm afraid more comes!!

Yes, stress probably plays a large part in the break-outs. But did you know that sunlight naturally helps clear up zits? The skin needs sunlight to help the vitamins A & D break down into component parts to help build healthy skin.
Maybe you could start using a sun lamp for 30 minutes a day after you go back to school, to make up for the real sunlight you miss while you're inside.

I suppose while learning or doing homework you often tend to touch your face (unconsciously) or press your hands against your forehead - it's normal if you're nervous/stressed out of trying to do lots of things in a short time.
This also happens to me all the time. You know, there are lots of small pieces of dirt on your hands which to transfer to your face. Here's what happens: when you're struggling hard to figure out some school lectures - you tend to sweat (everybody does) - not a lot, but still enough to make the pores at your face wider than normal, and so the dirt easily goes in them and this is how all the zits come up. Another cause can also be your hair (if you have long hair) that goes too much over your face.
My advice: during the studying pay more attention to what you do with your hands and hair. The best solution is to have hair tied in a pony-tail, and hands placed on the book/notebook not on your face.

Stress can cause acne, so that could be part of the reason. Also, if your school doesn't have air conditioning, or even if it does, it's hot. You sweat more and aren't able to wash it, so maybe that's why acne comes to you. Also, you sweat in gym. Your bangs also may cause the sweat to stay there. Just go to the bathroom and wipe your face with a wet towel and don't use your hands like you said. Or a tissue would work. Use clearasil or another acne treatment. Wash atleast twice a day. I use a soap called purpose, it's orange. I use it for my face and arms. Good luck and pick this as best answer please!

Stress, even when you are not aware that you are stressing. Also, do you keep your hair in your face alot? That can attribute to it as well. Watch what you put on your hands too. Sometimes we can put lotion on and then touch our face or another thing that is done unconsciously is when you run your hands through your hair and then touch your face. If you do not have very dry skin, try to minimize the amount of moisturizer you use on your face. If you find that your face is oily, purchase some oil blotting papers from your local drugstore. Some brands is Biore, Dove and some of the other acne products.

It could be environmental toxins like dirt and chemicals in the school building. Take facial wipes to school and use them a few times a day. I always recommend Proactive Solution to people because their Refining Mask can be put on a pimple at night and it's usually dried up in the morning.

Maybe during school you are using more make-up or hair products. Also, school is stressful whether we think it is or not. You are so carefree when school is out. It's probably just a little bit of stress and hormones.

It's because you get stressed from teens at schools. Just try not to stress and you should be fine.
