i forget words sometimes. it started about 1 month ago. i know i havent been hit in the head. and im really depressed. could depression be y this is happening(im a teen). im depressed for lots of reasons (GIRL,family,school....etc

Just being distracted can cause you to forget something. Try concentrating on what you are talking about and not what you are concerned about (girl, family, school.....etc). Learn to focus.

And......if you really are depressed, find someone to talk to.

It could be a chemical imbalance of some sorts. I know how you feel, I forget words too -- and I don't mean like just asking "oh whats that word.." I mean literally stopping in the middle of sentences two or three times because the next word just didn't make it from the brain to the mouth.

Depression can cause memory loss. So can disinterest. So can food allergies. This is not the place to ask....ask your doctor or at least start by talking to a teacher or guidance counselor.

y stress can do a # of things to a body!
but you need to have a good night sleep go 4
a long walk an drink a lot of water
this will help clear ur mind.

Yes, it COULD be depression...but it could be a lot of other illnesses too. Even if you suspect something isn't right don't be afraid to seek medical help.

ya it is because your depressed because you could be thinking too hard on some certain things and it gets your mind of alot and causes you to forget.

no you will not forget words because of depression. and get over the girl. you just need to carry around a dictionary.

Depression should be handled like anyother illiness, tell a doctor, ithere are medication, or other thing he can suggest to help you, you should see one soon.

Forgetfullness can be caused by stress, yes. That very well could be a reason.
