my youngest has played for 2 years now. He is 4. He loved it. I think that the earlier you start the more they learn.

Your 7 year old is old enough to understand how to play the game. He can grab the concept of fair play, waiting his turn, sharing, no temper tanturms etc. There is no way a 3 yr. old can understand what it is to be a team player. He barely knows how to share his toys.He probably only wants to play because his brother does.Let your husband take the 7 yr.old off to baseball and you use that time to do something special with the little one. He won't even miss baseball.

First try your 7 yr olds school. If no help try the community centers or YMCA. If still no help look up baseball clubs in your area. Your 3 yr old can play T-ball, that is usually the best time to start them. It helps them learn how to be a team player.

As far as I know there aren't any teams for 3 year olds in your area. However there are T-Ball teams. Just ask your county recreations office where you can sign up.
