How should i celebrate turning 18,for starters i don't smoke/drink, strip bars here have a 21 and older rule. I live in central Indiana..Im a blaxican (dont think hard). I just never get excited about birthdays. i hate the whole deal really. cept for the $,that trumps the BS everytime.

Take a weekend in Chicago, or Toronto!You can go to Canada and get drunk!
Send a thank you note to your parents.
Have a nice meal.
Go to a concert or a play or a symphony.
Go sky diving.
Go for hike.
Help out in a soup kitchen or another charity.

Do something crazy that you'd never do on any ordinary day. One time for my mother's 40th birthday, a bunch of us girlfriends got together to go out for coffee and dinner then a movie, but before we got on our way, we actually stopped our vehicles, and did a Chinese Fire Drill at the first red light! LOL! What a hoot!
Something so simple and so silly can set the tone for the whole evening (or day, whichever you prefer.) It doesn't have to be anything extraordinary, just something you wouldn't normally do. Try an exotic food, or go to a dance lesson, or go rock wall climbing! The point is to have fun!

You could always drive up to the dunes, spend the day at the beach relaxing, or go to a zoo or the wolf park in Lafayette, if you get there around dusk you can listen to them all howling. OR head to southern indiana and check out marengo cave or bluesprings cavern.

go on a trip w/ your friends (i would try cabo, mexico if u like to party) you'll have an awesome time just chilling with your friends. or if you dont want to spend the money of air fare you could take a road trip w/ friends. i live in california and some of my friends and i drove up the coast for like a week and it was pretty sweet.
or u could just go my ciggerettes and give them to a homeless guy... cus thats the age right? 18 to by ciggs?

Just go do whatever you really want to do! Go to an amusement park or just lay low and go watch a movie and go out to eat.

if you want your birthday to be a memorable one, why not celebrate it with sombody or sum1 hu is important to you...not necessarily a bf or gf but with the persons whom you consider as special like your family or your bestfriend somthing like that:)
