Gain confidence in yourself. Start with something small. Find one thing that you like about yourself and nurture that. Trust me...it works.

My personality is being changed from weak to strong. Thanks to The Holy Spirit. I used to be a loner, eccentric in behaviour, poor social skills, a loser, a failure. Now I have a group of close friends, I am considered a leader and example, I am easy going and have had a life where things cannot help but go right. This is not a boast, because I am very sure that it is not down to me. This past year, especially, people have commented on a transformation in my personality and character. It just happened. I have not gone on any courses, or put on some kind of act. There has been no effort on my part at all.
The Holy Spirit has also taken me over a number of times. I can identify at least 5 occasions when my personality has changed to deal with specific situations, most often defusing violent scenes. God just made me calm, in control, and gave me the words to turn the threat of violence aside. Not something I consider I am capable of doing myself (at school I was bullied).

Personality cannot be totally changed. It is the sum total of appearance, manners, intelligence, dealings, skills etc.It is decided at the time of birth.Improvement in personality can be achieved with some effort by adopting suitable dress code ,manners and a lot of books are available on personality development. You can attend Multi Attitude Peronality Development Programme offered by some institute in your locality.Try.Good Luck

Definitely, your mind is extremely powerful. Everyone has the ability to change themselves. To help you get on the right track I would suggest finding a alternative healer. You should start by having them heal your emotional body. That is where all difficulties manifest themselves. Think positive, love yourself and others. There is power in that. Good Luck.

Several ways:
1. lift weights= strong body
2. stop taking showers= strong body odor
3. stop brushing teeth= strong breath
4. Join UU church= data indicate higher SAT/ACT scores from UU's
5. Take Dale Carnegie course= more powerful speech
I don't think there is a drug for this unless it is crystal meth.
I hope this helps. Otherwise, take two aspirin, get lots of sleep and send me $25.00 in the morning.

I am going to counseling for just this reason. I am learning to say NO and set boundaries. I am learning to stand up for myself and not feel guilty about voicing my opinions, or feeling responsible for every body's happiness at the expense of my own.

Defy the norm. Trust in yourself. The mindless conformists will mock you and your strength and confidence will grow.
