I get the question!

1/2 minues 2/3rd, divided by (-1) -(-3) right?

well thats not hard at all, the denominator = 2 becuase neg.1 minus neg.3 = neg.1 +3 = 2

now...1/2 minus 2/3rd is the same as 3/6 minus 4/6 which is neg. 1/6.

So now you have -1/6 over 2 = -1 divided by 6 times 2 which makes -1/12th.

so negative one twelefths is your answer, or -1/12

This is quite complicated.

1 half minus 2 thirds = 1 half minus thirds (by combination)
under it -1--3 = ---13 (by simplification)

Answer = ---3 half over thirds
