There becoming more popular then you know it. RadioShack sells them and it wont be long till the other retailers catch on if not now. As more people subscribe to cell phone providers, and more people move to rural areas where cell towers are quite the distance, these signal enhancers as you call it boost your signal to the cell tower. I was just readin about this on Wikipedia not to long ago. Id give it a try. Go to RadioShack and get one and if your not satisfy with it, you can always take it back to them, thats the best thing about RadioShack

You can check at your local RadioShack because there is a universal cellular phone antenna there. When you look at your cell phone, next to your antenna there is a little plastic removeable thing. That is for an external antenna. But it all depends on where you live and what cellular plan you are with. Check with your local carriers store and then check at radioshack and they may be able to help you, but yes there is such a thing. Good Luck

Maybe change your phone? I usually have bad signal as well but since I have a wireless landline phone in the house, I just put the two together when I'm sending a message or I step out to make a call.
