I work, cook, shop, wash clothes and dishes, take the kids to school, bathe her and comb her hair. When she argues with her family or friends she expects me to make her feel better even when I think she is in the wrong. Then she says i'm mean and don't pay any attention to her. I think she's asking too much of me.

You have walked away from an abusive childhood and stepped in to an emotionally abusive relationship. (I read your other ?'s about your childhood) You are allowing her to walk all over you. You can only do so much as a husband. Do not allow her to make you feel as if you are failing as a husband. Sounds to me that you go above and beyond the call of duty as a spouse. You shouldn't have to bathe her and comb her hair (unless you want to) . I think she has the problem and is too dependent on you.

I think your a wiener. And she does too. Grow some balls and stop being her maid!

Defend her honor when someone undermines her. Financially pull the weight of the family as well as for it's future security. and Grow some mucsles so you look like you can get it on!

Maybe you're not giving her what she needs in the bedroom...limp wiener.

Try taking time to sit down and talk to her. Make sure you allow "quality" time for just the two of you. By the way, she should be helping with the household chores!

I think she is asking to much too. Why do you do all of this? Is she supporting you also? You two need to compromise.
