Vinegar will not work, it is a myth.
Just tell the person doing the test that you have recently taken a pain pill and what it was.
It shouldn't affect your test but even if it does they will know ahead of time about the pill.
Even if it did show up, it is a legal prescription drug.

THIS WILL BE INEFFECTIVE! If you drink too much vinegar, a condition called acidosis will occur in your blood. Although not overly dangerous, it forces your body to rebalance its pH level. This stress to your body prevents it from doing what you ACTUALLY want it to do, which is clean out your system. My advice, simply do nothing and allow your body to do the work.

I don't think so. Probably the best you can do is drink lots of water and cranberry juice. I don't think pain pills stay in the system all that long.

If you have a valid prescription for the Lortab, you will be OK. Vinegar will not help.
