No I am the neighbor who smokes the pot , I just want to know what it looks like to someone who doesn't , cuz I don't want my neighbors to rat me out.

Well, usually they will be less outgoing physically than people that don't. Usually they will hang out at home or at a friends. It really depends. They are two types of smokers, recreational and daily.
You can smell it on people if they have just recently smoked. However, there is no 100% answer.

Unless you want to smoke it with them (and if you do you would already know what it smells like) then leave it alone. There is no reason that you need to know. It is not like they are hurting you at all.

You can tell if their on pot because their eyes will look glassy, and the smell of them.

If you frequently see them with red eyes at the convenience store buying lots of different snacks.

the smell would be a clue... but honestly if they arent bother anyone, it shouldnt matter.
