It actually depends upon what both sets of your parents are. My husband & I talked to the doctor about this extensivly because I had the RH factor situation to deal with. I have B-(parents O+& B -) my hubby has A+(parentsO- & A+) . The doctor told us with that combo(because you may not have that blood type in you, but your genes can still carry the blood type) that we could end up with a child with literally ANY blood type including rare AB+/-. When she was born, she had B+, so I had to get the RH shot.
Basically, find out what both of your parents have & you can narrow the field from there.

There is some evidence that the blood group O means that you have inherited that blood-grouping from both your parents and thus have no A or B antibodies. Thus as both of you are O then your child will be unlikely to possess A, B or AB blood types.
So your child will be a blood type O
The fact that you are positive is a good thing as a mother can carry a negative child without any side effects - just the other way about can be a problem (easily sorted once spotted with a simple injection)
your child will inherit a negative type from your husband as this is recessive to the positive blood type (hence your husband wont be passing on any positive blood group)
the fact that you are positive means that you have at least one gene out of two for a positive factor in your blood
this would imply that your child has a 50% chance of having O+ and 50% chance of having O- blood type assuming that this child is the biological child of both of you

Either O+ or O-. For us, I'm the O- and my husband is O+. All three of our children have been O-. But its a 50/50 chance. I was just glad they were negative so I'd not have to get another RH shot. Yipee!

I believe that O+ is the 'dominant' of the two, I'd drop some green on saying that the little bundle of joy's going to sport O+ in the tubes.
