Ok, before anyone calls me crazy hear my story. I was serving in the Army from1999-2003, in 2002 we were in New York to reinlist at ground zero, and to train West Point cadets. One of my sergeants says his wife saw on CNN that the U.S was sending war ships to the middle east in the beggining of an invasion. That night my platoon and I went to a nightclub in New York, and I got so drunk that I leaked info about the invasion. The next day someone threw me a New York newspaper that said "Leak of Iraq Invasion Causes Stock Market to Crash"..........If this was true we didn't invade until 2003, meaning Saddam could have hid his WMD in plenty of time from 2002-2003. I have had death threats and everything else, anyone else think it's true?

I don't think that you were the cause of the war, but you may have been the reason that only a few of the WMD's were found. Question: when, exactly, did the night club event occur? It was in June 2002 that Saddam started moving the WMD stocks to Syria (several thousand tons of stuff). We do not know what inspired Saddam's decsion to move them. If your party was after early June, you were not responsible, but if it was before, you may have been. It has been said that loose lips sink ships. Go forth and sin no more.

The Republican neocons cooked the books and beat a drum of urgency to commence the conflict. not all the Republicans were for it, and some, like Trent Lott, were right now lied to about the so-stated as chance through Cheney. The Democrats did not vote for conflict. They voted, in good bipartisan trend, to grant the president the authority to act because they, like their Republican colleagues, were bought a bill of things. they're at fault for not soliciting for all the data formerly permitting Bush to placed the protection stress into operation. Bush took benefit of the submit-9/11 bipartisanship, went way too a ways and all started a conflict of selection--you realize, that Bush Doctrine thingie that Palin did not study about. If Bush and organization hadn't lied to the american human beings and rushed to conflict in campaign mode, he don't have squandered the goodwill of not purely the american human beings, even with the undeniable fact that the entire planet, to contain Iran. the decision to flow to conflict became Bush's, and he became the top of the Republicans as POTUS. Then Sen. Obama voted hostile to it, and heritage has shown his vote precise. in the intervening time, in my interest i have considered way too many memorials for comrades who died in Iraq. i'm a liberal, and that i do not say 100 p.c. about this. There aren't any absolutes, there are continuously colours of gray. I politely submit that you've generalized.
