This is a tricky question for me because I am a law student. As a law student, I can't assume that because the rent goes up the next month, it will continue at that price. I also have nothing to assume that "next year" doesn't take into account the first month being 670. However, by the answer choices, the only option would be assuming the first month is +3% and will remain constant for that month and the next 11.

8281 is your answer by the way. The easy math would be = (670x1.03)x12.

just multiply $670 by 3% and then add da answer u get to $670
easy?? answer is $690.10 per mnth.... but da question asks per yr so u multiply $690.10 by 12 (12 mnths in a yr) and u shud get ur answer as??..u do da math......hv fun!!!!

Its actually 8,281.20

670 x .03 = 20.1
670 + 20.1 = 691.10
691.10 x 12 = 8,281.20
