yes they are. unfortunately, the media wont show you those stories, becasue it doesnt sell. with a liberal media and a conservative government, you wont get the truth about anything. its all politics. i was there in desert storm and my son was there last year. there is plenty getting done. dont believe what you hear or see on the news.

Iraq is no bed of roses, but the people who have actually been there (our men and women in uniform) will tell you that we're fighting for a good cause and that many peace-loving Iraqis are glad we are there. I just read an article by the Iraqi ambassador, who said the same thing.
