Bending your neck down to far to see. I am afraid I will end up with a hump in my back.

Feet should be flat on the floor, I know that from comfort.
I have a diagram in my head we were shown over and over in school, at work etc, but can't find a copy, so hopefully this website will help...

Obviously, it is dependent on you height. Your chair should allow comfortable seating, with your feet on the floor. Similarly, your monitor (and your keyboard, mouse, and any other I/O devices, for that matter) should be positioned relative to your head.

when you sit, your eyes should be at the top of your monitor and arms bent at 90 degrees. hands, wrists and forearms straight. monitor at least 18" from you. back straight too

your chair should be high enough that all you have to do is look down with your eyes.
