Although they will fade over time, and cocoa butter helps, the only surefire way to get rid of stretchmarks on hips and inner thighs is to have them surgically removed. It's about $5,000 to $10,000 for the procedure, and not covered by insurance.

There is no way to get rid of them totally..They will fade though in time. Before pregnancy put Cocoe Butter on every night! I put it on my tummy, and didn't know stretch marks were in other areas. So I got the stretch marks on my butt and thighs. I didn't get ANY on my tummy though..so that proves it works. They so have laser surgery to remove them and regrow skin but it is costly...
Just tan and keep lotion on them,it really does help. Also there is this stuff called Dermablend online that covers them up so good! They sell it at Dillards for alot of $,but I found it online and it is waterproof and really worls good for covering. Good luck!

Try Mederma, an over-the-counter cream available in most drugstores. It's marketed for scars, and it will lighten reddish pregnancy stretch marks. For the white ones, those small webs of shiny skin that mark adolescent growth spurts, only laser treatments will eradicate them. Expensive.
