Only 10% of Jews are Semites and those are only part Semite. The other 90% of Jews are of middle European decent and only about 12.5% Semite at the most. This doens't count all the non-Hebrew Jews either. Some Arabs claim to be the real Semites but since Abraham's slave was not Jewish, the most any Arab can be Semite is 50%. So today, the term Anti-Semetic is only a political weapon and not a reality.

usually it means to hate Jews. However, sometimes Arabs who hate Jews claim they are NOT anti-Semitic because technically Arabs are a Semitic people. This is semantics and doesn't make what they say any less anti-Jewish.
