That "youtube.com/watch" is a lot of baloney. I personally saw the first plane crash into the first tower on TV on the morning of 9/11, and the second plane crash into the other tower at a different level shortly thereafter. These were caught on a private videocamcorder. Anyone with a TV on that morning would have seen the same thing.

that news report is not right. there was footage on the planes hitting the towers by the afternoon of the 11th. i know, because that day i heard something on the radio on my way to work. i wasn't sure what was happening and turned the radio on in the store as soon as i got inside. within the hour, they closed our mall down due to the 9/11 attacks. our air base went on high alert and i went to the neighhood bar and watched the footage on the television with 50 other people. it did NOT take until the 12th for film footage to hit the screens.
for the record, i am in NO way defending bush. i hate the man and what he has done to our economy. never in my life have i had such a terrible time making ends meet. and he has plans to make more cuts that will make it even more difficult for the middle class/poverty stricken person to make it.

I agree, give it a rest. I am a believer of some of those conspiracy theories, but I was in the Army on Sep 11th and I to saw the first plane right after it had hit. Thats most likely what Bush meant. I also thought stupid pilot. But he was notified after the second plane hit, which isn't unusual. If your trying to blame Bush your going to have to dig ALOT further.

The video is foolishness. His exact words on that occasion hardly matter. Everybody who has the brains that god gave a goat knows what happened on 9/11.
