Alcohol... and more alcohol. and even more alcohol.
And I am conquering it. It's hard as hell and I spend a lot of time in meetings and outpatient programs but its only a small percentage of the time I spent every day getting loaded. I predict I spent 70 hours a week being s***faced drunk. I spend only 12 hours a week in meetings and in my outpatient program.
Anyone can overcome any addiction if they put in the effort and take all of the necessary steps to do so.

Anyone can conquer an addiction no matter how serious. The real difficulty in this is deciding how badly you want to defeat whatever it is taking over your life. Decide weather or not you want to defeat it bad enough to get help, and to take the steps you need to take. You need to have the willpower, and with that you can defeat anything.

I'm addicted to soda! It's horrible. I'd probably be a lot skinnier if it wasn't for this!! And yes, if I tried hard enough, I could conquer it, I've done it B4.
