Talk to your teacher, or professor, which ever the case may be. Every school I have ever been involved with offers free tutoring. If not, talk to your friends or classmates and see if any of them can help you out.
I believe there are also a lot of sites online that offer home work help, google it.

If you are in college, your school offers free tutoring in the Learning Center. All colleges have this feature, although the name "Learning Center" may vary. Also, professors offer office hours for this purpose. During that time, visit him or her and get additional help. You can also get together with some of the other students from class and have a study group.

If you're in high school or middle school, you have it even easier. Because of No Child Left Behind, schools are required to offer tutoring to students who are not at grade level in core areas. Schools have to prove that they have taken every measure to ensure your academic success, and since the law also provides free and appropriate education, you don't have to pay for any of the services.

So first things first, see your instructor. Explain your concerns and allow him or her to help you devise a game plan. Good luck!

Check with your teachers - there's a good possibility they'll help you without charging you. You might also see if your school has a tutorial center. If not, check at your local JC's - I worked as a volunteer in a tutorial center at one while I was getting my credential. There are also websites where you can post questions - this one, for instance, and the Physics Forums.

I'm guessing you are in college? If so, there could be free tutoring offered at school, that's where I got mine.

YOU COLLEGE SHOULD HAVE A STUDENT SERVICES CENTER. ACTUALLY EVERY COLLEGE DOES. YOU CAN GET HELP WITH TUTORING AND OTHER NEEDS THAT YOU MAY HAVE FOR SCHOOL. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY FOR THESE SERVICES. SOME OF THE SERVICES OFFERED CAN BE FOR BOOKS FOR PEOPLE WITH LIMITED INCOMES AND HELP WITH STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES IN CLASSES SUCH AS NOTE TAKING AND HELP WITH TAKING EXAMS. CHECK THEM OUT!
