Im a teen trying to loose 22 pounds as fast and healthy as I can but I don't know what the exercise requirements are or eating plans??? Can anyone help?

you can't lose weight fast. And if you do it's not healthy. two lbs a week is healthy. Walk or jog every day. Add extra steps every day by parking your car far away from the building and use stairs not elevators. Sit up and pushups help. Eat fresh veges and fruits. Some fruits have natural sugars in them already so I think veges are better. Avoid caffeine, white breads, buns, pastas. Chicken, rice, broccoli, turkey, fish are all good. LOT OF WATER! The more you pee the better.

Walking is one of the best ways to burn fat. Just remember that you have to eat healthy, cut out all soda's and candies. If you work then use your breaks to walk. I can walk 1 mile on my 15 minute break. I also find that if I exercise before I eat then I am not as hungry. Drink at least 8- 8oz glasses of water a day. If you don't really like water then add a squeeze of lime to it. Always remember the hunger pains will pass.

well cut out all soda.. anything with a lot of sugar and stick to water and gatorades. and start off slow.. go for a walk or bike ride or a run. Its always funner to work out with friends so if you have a buddy that wants to do it with you it dont seem like a lot of work. start at like a 30 minute bike ride,walk, or run and then build from there.. just eat your three meals a day and healty snaks like fruit... good luck and hope its some help.

I lost 10 pounds in a week just dropping the soda and junk food....

22 POUNDS! Thats a lot! Make sure you're not loing too many! Try running 3 times a week or more and cruches and other muscle exercises help a lot! Good luck!

Walk everyday...starting out by walking a mile...then slowly build your miles until you are walking at least 5 miles 4 times a week. Start cutting back on the ammount of food you eat...Do this gradually. You will be able to stick with it if you do it this way. Good Luck

Eat grapefruit, exercise!!! Go for walks!!! Eat protein for breakfast, it is supposed to work, when you eat cereal you build up on the carbs. Try it!!! Eat some chicken, or tuna.
