go to the start button, Settings, Control panel, display.

when you get to the display tab, the resolution slide moves right and left.

The other answer was close, but left out a step that might slow you down.

You need to reset the screen resolution. Go to control panel = display and adjust the size of the screen.

Go into control panel and click on appearance. I believe it's the last tab where you can set the screen resolution.

It's from the new drivers for your graphics card. Go to Start-->Control Panel--->Display--->Settings tab and make your display resolution higher (i.e. slide it to the right). Then click apply.
