I have had this razor bump on my neck for a couple of months and it is not going away. Is there any good creams I can get? What about laser surgery or possibly some kind of treatment from a dermatologist??

You should see a dermatologist if it's an infected razor bump they can inject it with a steroid that will wipe it out in a day or two. It could be a cyst however which would mean a small in-office surgery. In the future use a lotion called Amlactin or LacHydrin after shaving and daily to avoid shaving bumps.

From what you are saying I'm thinking you may
not have a razor bump.Razor bumps are small.
You may have an ingrown hair which causes
a larger bump and can easily get infected and turn into what looks like a pimple but without a head.And in worse case turn into staff infection.
Rub alcohol on it three times a day for a week and if it doesn't get any better you should definitely see a dermatologist.You might need
antibiotics.Good luck.

I don't think razor bumps are supposed to get big enough to laser off! Maybe you should head on down to the doc's office!

After you shave use hydrocortzone cream
