i have a gateway cx2620 tablet pc.. i got it last april.. everytime i turn it on and open the cd tray i hear funny noises. and when om on the net i always get a windows that says there was an error and asking me whether to send it to microsoft or not then my net explorer would freeze. my optical drive doesnt work good too coz every now and then the tray wont open and most of the time it freezes while im watching. i have sent back to gateway alot of times already but they say theres nothing wrong with it. so is my notebook brocken or something?

Yes there is. Those people at gateway know nothing. There just a bunch of fat idiots off the street. I cant help you unless I see whats wrong with it in person.
