Yes, there were no claims that this site was addictive when I logged on so how do I go about suing yahoo for damaging me mentally even more than I was and causing me, probably, several years of therapy?

You could very well be on to something there!
What you need is a smooth talking, handsome, litigator with clean straight teeth. May I offer my services? No? O.K.
How about making me part of the class action then?

I love your question. Perhaps a class action is in order on the following basis:
1. I have lost income due to Answers
2. I have lost sleep and therefore health.
3. I have become mentally unstable since Answers and that has effected my ability to make decisions
4. Answers has alienated my marital partner and thus alienation of affection basis.
5. Yahoo conspired to develop an addictive and dangerous product without sufficient warning labels (like coffee lap)
I will look for more reasons in others answers.

Try posting a question about who will join your quest, maybe you'll get enough for a class action suit. Record how much time you spend on here, what you're neglecting to do because your addicted to this, and how the addiction has affected your life. Talk to a lawyer.

lol are you serious?

I don't know :) You might want to just kill your internet for a while and let that become the therapy.

May I suggest cutting off the power cord? (totally serious despite how sarcastic it sounds)
