Wow, I am sooo jelous of you. I wish I had green eyes and not these stupid boring brown ones. Well, I think that a bright color will enhance your natural eye color. Peachy, eyeshadow perhaps. Make it fun and flirty. Make it bold. Cool, huh? Don't forget the purple it gives a dramatic yet nice coloring. Good Luck. I am now your beauty administrator!!!

Well, I also have green eyes--- and plum/purple eye shadows are the best. I also like to use gold or light brown cause I have speckles of yellowish and it brings them out. Also try a different color eyeliner... I love a plum purple, brown, or even white, it'll make your eyes pop.
The site below has great tips on colors and application techniques.

Shades of plum really make green eyes stand out. Try a light green as well. It makes them really pop!

Anything light...Purpl is good but gold is aswell....just make sure you understand that Green and Blue eyes are spectacular all by themselves and ttoo much ES will just distract from them.

Light brown and gold. My sister wore green and gold prom dress. It really looked great. Green and gold mixes really well.

THE BEST WAY TO FIND WHICH COLORS WORK BEST WITH YOUR EYE COLOR IS THE COLOR WHEEL ITSELF. aLWAYS USE OPPOSITES ON THE WHEEL TO MAKE YOUR COLOR STAND OUT. TO MAKE YOUR COLOR BLEND IN USE COLORS THAT ARE CLOSE IN TONES. YOU HAVE GREEN EYES SO TO MAKE THEM POP USE DEEP PLUMS AND BROWNS, AND USE DARK BROWN OR BLACK MASCARA TO MAKE THEM MORE DRAMATIC. REMEMBER TO BLEND AND DON'T OVER DO IT. IF YOU WANT TO WEAR COMPLIMENTARY COLORS, WHERE A BROWN OR PLUM COLORED LINER IN THE LASH LINE BLEND AND THEN USE THE TONAL COLORS. YOUR EYES WILL STILL POP WITH THIS TECHNIQUE. PLAY WITH YOUR MAKEUP AND TRY TO NOT THINK EIGHTIES.
