Without knowing you, I can't give you very good advice because I don't know your personality or your background knowledge. If you're not naturally a very funny person, you might not be able to pull off a funny speech. Also, I don't know what topics you are likely to know about already.

Music is often somethin easy to do it on... (At any intelligence Level) i had to do an english prject for my sophmore year of high school (just this recent year) and i did it on the differences between how society looks on girls and guys... some ideas for this topic 1. How girls are expected to wear make-up. (Big--One, just get help from a g/f of yours... they love to ***** about it) 2.How guys get to play on sports teams that many girls do not (School Examples could be football or wrestling [which some girls would like to do, especially football]) This may sound like a lame project to do, but if you do it then you'll be surprised how many people can relate to it... after all, boy or girl, they always think about what it must be like to be in the other perons shoes.

You can invent them by yourself by associating, and using your own fantasy. Reverse thinking and applying jokes can entertain your audience. Tell about your own fun experiences, jokes, thoughts, comparisons and visions. I previously used a list of 50 ideas at http://www.speech-topics-help.com/funny-speech-topics.html

What if we said "hello" like dogs do? (sniffing, wagging tails, drooling, jumping...) (think that has been done.)

What if we settle arguments like animals do in the wild? --- read up on animal behaviour.
