During your sex act, just be as natural as you can be. If you are that quiet type, do not force yourself to be verbal because you will sound fake and it may only turn you both off. Let your partner take you as you are in bed.
However, if you yourself really want to be verbal during lovemaking despite your quiet personality, every time your partner does something on you that tickes your sensual side, you may let your satisfaction out through soft moaning without the use of words. Moaning alone will show your partner that you like whathe is doing and it will boost his ego more.

A lot of people show a different side to their personality when they're having sex...quiet/shy people can become take charge, naughty talkers...
If you're not comfortable being verbal, don't feel obligated to be...if you'd like to try it and see what your max comfort level is, then do that...even if it's "oh baby" or "that feels so good" or whatever you feel comfortable saying...
Start small...you may or may not grow comfortable with it...you may even find it quite erotic and get all carried away eventually...do what works for you...the experience is supposed to be pleasurable...not stressful...

Don't expect to go from basically silent to a screaming porn star; it's a gradual process.
The idea is to lose your inhibitions, so have a cocktail or two or do whatever you have to to be totally comfortable.
Furthermore, though, if you're truly ill at ease with being vocal, then don't be; lovemaking should be about enjoying what's going on, not worrying if you're being loud enough.

I had the same problem. Start easy, by just letting yourself moan a little. Move to single words when you feel okay with it. Once you get the idea that your partner enjoys hearing you, it's a lot easier. And honestly, it helps if you practice by yourself during, um, solo sessions :)
