I seen where a man had his penis replaced with his toe on a news special about a year ago. He looked to be in his late 50's and thats about all I remember.
No kidding. I think he was from England or maybe Australian.

Yes you can and im almost certain that the replacement wouldn't grow any nail. The surgens most likely remove the nail after it's cut off.

if you lose your penis in an accident doctors could grow a new penis so you can urinate but not for sexual activities...I heard about it a few years ago when a russian boy lost his penis in an accident and they grew him a new one on his arm. Interesting question. Yeah, the nail would probably grow and then you could scratch that 'special' place without causing undue attention.

at this new age, why use a toe or finger, they can use your tissues to clone one for you.
