Mel Gibson hands down. Why would I want to be as fuct up as Tom Cruise or Michael Jackson. Them two are in a league of their own which makes Mel Gibson look like a saint.

I would rather be in a Tom Cruise situation.
1.Michael jackson gives me the hebbie jeebies
2.Mel Gipson got caught drunk driving i think they said on Vodka.

I'd pick Mel Gibson's, he made a mistake but I think a lot of people still respects his work as an artist (actor and director). He has a long outstanding career and like many other actors and actresses, he has an alcohol problem. (A lot of great artists like Ray Charles or Billy Holliday were alcoholics but still, inmensely talented).
I would not want to be considered an psycho, much less a child molester, and those are the images that most people have of Cruise and Jackson.

Well let's see: Tom Cruise is in a psycho religious cult. Michael Jackson is a child molester and Mel Gibson made a stupid, derogatory remark while drunk.
I think I would pick Mel's shoes to be in.

I would not want to be in Michael Jackson's situation because I know what it's like to be blamed for something I didn't do! I couldn't deal with all the mean people who badmouth him all the time!
