well if its low back pain when you lay down at night you can try to sleep on your side with a pillow between your knees to stabilize your spine while you sleep.

There are specific exercises to strngthen back and generally the spinal region; they are light exercises, they don't take a lot of time. If you can also regularly do meditation and breathing sessions with backache as 'target', your backache problem will be completely solved in due course. Do not take too many pain reliever pills. They will make you dependant very soon! Rest your back, as required: your posture when seated,and when lying down&sleeping, is important.

There's a pressure point about an inch below, between your ring and pinky fingers on the left hand. It might take a bit to find it, but once you do, you'll know it and the headache will be gone. What you have to do is pinch that pressure point with the thumb and index finger from your right hand. I picked up this trick from an actor on set one day who was helping one of the crew people with a headache. It was actually pretty cool. The rest of the day everyone was trying to find their pressure point.
