We'd need more information about your daughter to give a good answer. How old is she? Have you talked to the special education teacher at your daughter's school? Maybe that is where you should start, or give us more information. Such as, can she read? What does your daughter's teacher say? Is she young for her grade? Possibly she needs to be evaluated for a learning disability or some other problem. Does she have trouble paying attention? Did she learn to talk at the usual age? It is very difficult to give very good suggestions without more information. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Best of luck to you and your daughter.
