I won't tell her anything, I just ask things (which I don't need the answers)

"What will happen to people you'll leave?"
"What will happen to your family if you die?"
"Do you ever feel lost because someone's death?"
"Don't you see that life is beautiful?"

Well, if after that question he/she still want to die, go ahead, I don't really care (even he/she is someone I really love), it's only make you meet your end of story faster.
I don't really "want" to live anylonger anyway, I just has answers for myself from those questions which keep me alive, keep me to have will to live.

You don't need a dream to live,
You don't need GOD or believes to live,
all you need to live is just a will to keep alive,
which will help people to keep alive (even at coma).

Life is like a film, and WE ALL are the main actor/actress and when WE died it's just like "end of WE story"
but it'll stay "alive" as long as there's people who "watch" or "read" or even "remember" that "WE story"

Example:
It's just Like if I'm died it means end of Joxie story :p

Living being has no reason to born, why it needs reason to die?

If clinically depressed or genetically prone to melancholy, before spending time & money on meds & therapy, getting dependent on artificial mood lifters--I suggest to hop on a plane & tour an underdeveloped country where the sun & sand shine. One gets enriched by the new experiences, the neurons grow and stretch, soul refreshed & invigorated, the soul thankful for blessings received & an attitude that won't take things for granted after realizing other people don't have much.

Life is an adventure! All one needs is a wake-up call. Go for it, Go with God!

I would tell her one of two things. Get a dog and train it. but most of all, get out and find some cause and help it. Find some people and give them a helping hand...literally.

Now, we are all bored at one time or another in our lives. And it appears that this individual is certainly blessed with all material goods and needs, that she has all she appears to want and now she want to do the most selfish thing on earth and that is to kill herself. Suicide is a means of getting back at people, not a means of throwing off something, she wants to do the ultimate act of selfishness to be noticed and to have people feel sorry for her.

She must get herself out of the way, and save another life! Someone Else's. There are so many people that could use someone to talk to, someone to just come over and take them to lunch, to the store, to help in so many ways. She could get involved with mothers who have been put out of their homes because of their husbands, children who's paren'ts arent around because they have to work, there are schools that need help so badly, she doesn't need the pay...she can do so much for so many.

If she kills herself, she will be thought of for the rest of all those that knew her, as selfish, weak and grossly self absorbed.

This is proof to everyone that money can't buy happiness. People who have to struggle a bit (work, kids, balancing finances, etc.) don't have time to be depressed over being bored. Your friend should see a psychiatrist - sounds like she can afford one. There is a chance that she has a chemical inbalance, although it sounds mostly like she has nothing going on in her life that is driving her to go on. She needs a therapist, and a change.

Tell them that they are a selfish coward..There are those of us with dreams that the world can be a better place with the help of others. There are people needing love, not stuff, there are people depending on them for something more important..It takes courage to live, it takes courage to dream, and it takes courage and compassion to make the world a better place, even with just one small step..
