No...the war on terrorism is a fancy name for a Holy War. This war will end up being between Christians and Muslims. If you know anything about the Bible you will read that this war has to happen. Actually we haven't seen anything yet. It's going to get really really bad. Wait and see.

If there is no limit to what can be called a terrorist act because there is no legal definition of terrorism, then the war won't end. The term is loose, even U.S. citizens can be charged with terrorism by any law enforcement agency, and many have. If some one loosens some bolts ona bull-dozer and it loses its track and can't plow a community garden for developers, the person who loosened the bolts could be charged with terrorism and the penatlies could be the same as if they were part of a Jihad embassy bombing. As long as fascists have access to influential positions fear, terror, and war won't end.

No, the war on terrorism can not end, because inevitably this war creates new "terrorists" who are willing to die for their cause. Theoretically, Bush didn't even start this "war on terrorism", he just commercialized it (ala War on Drugs or War on Poverty). The war on terrorism has been going on for centuries.

Not unless we become as brutal as they are. We are too civilized we are not animals like the ones we fight. We have to stop being so nice, and use the full power that we possess.
