you have to find a taxidermist who will agree to do that. And you have to pay him before you die and have to trust the result will be good. You should ask your relatives and friends before your do that though if anybody is willing to give your stuffed body a home, and I don't think anybody will, I know I wouldn't like to have a stuffed friend or family member standing next to the living room couch.
If you go to http://www.bodyworlds.com/en/bodydonation.html, you can read about donating your body for plastination, though I think a lot of people have been doing that and I don't know if they already have a waiting list. Generally you can sign up to donate your body for science at about every university. If you want to know more about that subject, check out: Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers by Mary Roach.

Uhm yeah. That's f*cking freaky. I think animal taxidermy is neat. Is human taxidermy even legal?

I dont think they stuff human bodies anymore, because humans are not good specimens for that purpose (We have too many parts which decay to fast eg. the skin). I think they now preserve them by sterilsing them with lots of different chemicals, and keeping them under certain conditions to preserve them. This is how Lenin and Ho Chi Minh have been preserved.

I know that it's very expensive and every year you need experts to come and help "maintain" the body. It's probably not worth the effort or cost, but if you're that keen on it, there are some companies in Russia that specialise in it.

I'm not sure it's allowed in the United States. There is a touring science exhibit (from China) that has preserved human bodies in it. There is a lot of controvery about it.
