Only when they don't look like humans. The "animatronic" ones creep me out.
Maybe because if it looks like a person, I'm inclined to look at it much more closely, as if its a person, and there are too many giveaways in even very lifelike robots. Far from making me think I'm looking at a person, I just feel like I'm looking at something wrong.
